Richie Austin is an internationally acclaimed magician and entertainer, based in Lincolnshire and performing worldwide. Officially crowned UK’s Best Entertainer, Richie is known for high-energy shows packed with jaw-dropping magic, audience interaction, and just the right amount of mayhem.

Bitten by the entertainment bug at an early age, Richie is a natural-born performer who quickly mastered his craft by learning from some of the very best in the industry. What started as a passion soon became a profession—and then a career that’s spanned decades on stage.

Richie built his reputation in the demanding world of holiday park entertainment, progressing from performer to Entertainment Manager, gaining invaluable experience entertaining every type of audience imaginable. Along the way, he has hosted and performed at high-profile events for Microsoft, the UK Cheerleading Association, British Darts competitions, and many more.

Today, Richie performs everything from large-scale illusion shows and cabaret magic to close-up table magic, tailoring each performance to the audience and event. His work has taken him across the globe—from Eastbourne to Egypt—entertaining hundreds of thousands of people every year with his unique blend of skill, humour, and controlled chaos.

In 2019, Richie was officially voted UK’s Best Entertainer at the Book Entertainment Awards, recognising his dedication to the craft and his ability to consistently deliver unforgettable live performances.

Away from his headline magic shows, Richie can also be seen on stage in pantomime and summer productions across the UK, with the occasional appearance on television.
